We ship all orders received before 2pm on the same working day. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.
We ship everything via PostNL or DHL. They strive to deliver everything the next working day but have 1-3 days to do so. Once we have handed the parcel over to the carrier we have no influence on the delivery time.

Does the product not meet your requirements? Or is there something wrong with the delivery? Or did you order the wrong item? You have the right to cancel your order* within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You have after cancellation another 14 days to return your product. 123paracord will refund the amount within 14 days of receipt on your account.
You will get the full order amount including shipping costs credited. Only the cost of returning the product is for your own account. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To register a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Check whether your product(s) and packaging are undamaged. We cannot take back damaged products, even if the damage occurs during transport. We therefore advise you to ship insured.
2. Contact us by email: [email protected]
3. Act according to the instructions we give you. Please make sure that you fill in your contact details completely for proper handling.
Damaged or used articles can not be returned. Shipping costs of exchange parts to and from 123paracord.nl will always be borne by the customer. We advise you before returning items to check for any damage and communicate this to us by mail. Damaged articles are not reimbursed. Not even if the goods have been damaged during transport from you to us. You may therefore consider to send the products insured. For questions, ambiguities or for other information, please refer to our general terms and conditions.
Products that we customize for you cannot be returned, because we cannot sell these products anymore.
*Note: Because paracord is custom made and delivered, this is not covered by the law on distance selling. These products are custom made and delivered and therefore in most cases cannot be returned.
